- Instructions for use: 1, First unfold the 4 bayonet ends by hand. 2, Then push the blue header end through the bottom bracket and slowly pull it out from the other side of the bottom bracket until the 4 bayonet ends make a clicking sound and are firmly seated in the bottom bracket cups. 3, Gently tap it with a hammer to complete the dismantling.
